I started working independently after many years in the corporate world, where I managed to retain my independent spirit by working with, and learning from, great people from many different organisations.
I look at all marketing challenges without bias towards solutions or media. My loyalty lies solely with you, the client. I also happen to live in Windsor, hence my brand name.
I’ve worked in marketing for many years, initially for my university’s student union, and then Panasonic for much of my commercial career. I helped to launch the LUMIX camera brand and to re-launch Technics Hi-Fi in the UK.
At Panasonic UK I was responsible for advertising and partnership, culminating in managing the company’s London 2012 Olympic Games sponsorship.
For my business degree I specialised in marketing, it’s topped up with plenty of formal and on-the-job training – which is recognised by my Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Since 2020, I’ve shared what I’ve learned with smaller specialist companies – like Cambridge Audio and Arendal Sound. I continue to consult for Panasonic Europe.
My knowledge is appreciated by Brunel University, where I guest-lecture in brand marketing. I sit on their Design School’s industry panel too. Encouraging the younger generation in human-led marketing is important to me.

I’m a trustee of Windsor Cycle Hub, a charity that encourages cycling in my hometown. I take care of their marketing on a pro-bono basis, and lead rides. This experience has strengthened my belief in the importance of community marketing, not-for-profit organisations and sustainability.
Many thanks to everyone who’s helped me in my career, and made this website possible. That includes Andrew Spiers at Lens Digital for building the site, Malcolm Stewart for hosting advice, Jo Scott for photographing me, Jon Radford at Windsor & Eton Brewery for letting us use their taproom for the photos, and to all the people I’ve worked with over the years who said nice things about me. Thank you.
